You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, followers, username, or any account rights. With the exception of people or businesses that are expressly authorized to create accounts on behalf of their employers or clients, Socife prohibits the creation of and you agree that you will not create an account for anyone other than yourself. You also represent that all information you provide or provided to Socife upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post or display on or via the Service. You must not access Socife's private API by means other than those permitted by Socife. Use of Socife's API is subject to a separate set of terms available here ("API Terms"). You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature. You may not inject content or code or otherwise alter or interfere with the way any Socife page is rendered or displayed in a user's browser or device. You must not create accounts with the Service through unauthorized means, including but not limited to, by using an automated device, script, bot, spider, crawler or scraper. You must not attempt to restrict another user from using or enjoying the Service and you must not encourage or facilitate violations of these Terms of Use or any other Socife terms. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in Socife's sole discretion, result in termination of your Socife account. You understand and agree that Socife cannot and will not be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for Socife, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or your access to the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you. If we terminate your access to the Service , your photos, speakups, likes, subscribers, and all other data will no longer be accessible through your account (e.g., users will not be able to navigate to your username and view your photos), but those materials and data may persist and appear within the Service (e.g., if your Content has been reshared by others). Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms of Use will immediately cease. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username for any reason. We may, but have no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor Content or accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service, whether online or offline. You agree that Socife is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user. Socife reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users. Exercise common sense and your best judgment when interacting with others, including when you submit or post Content or any personal or other information.

Socibles can be acquired from authorized app stores or other permitted online vendors endorsed by Socife. Users are prohibited from engaging in the unauthorized purchase of Socibles through illegal means, including the use of automation or other prohibited measures. Any instances of unauthorized purchases or suspicious activities should be reported to Socife immediately for investigation and appropriate action. Users found engaging in such activities will be subject to account suspension or termination, and Socife reserves the right to take legal action if necessary. Socibles can be redeemed through rewards programs(if available) for active participation and contributions within the Socife community. Users may also acquire Socibles by referring new users to the Socife platform using unique referral links or codes. The amount of Socibles acquired through referrals may vary and is subject to the terms and conditions specified within the Socife platform. Socife reserves the right to set a maximum limit on the amount of Socibles that can be acquired through referrals, as mentioned within the app from time to time. Referrals are subject to change and may be adjusted by Socife at its discretion.

Socife reserves the right to modify the pricing of Socibles at any time without prior notice. Users purchasing Socibles should review the current pricing before making a purchase. Socife will endeavor to inform users of any significant pricing changes through appropriate channels. Once acquired, Socibles cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. Socibles are non-refundable. Users acknowledge and accept that refunds will not be issued for any reason. Socibles can be used within the Socife platform for various purposes, including but not limited to acquiring creator memberships, sending super comments, offering applause. accessing other features aimed at providing financial support to creators. The use of Socibles contributes to the earnings of creators on the Socife platform in accordance with Socife's (Socife Plus) Policy. Socibles used by users to support creators will reflect in the earnings of the respective creators as per the guidelines outlined in the Socife Plus Policy.

Socibles acquired by users within the Socife platform do not have a predefined expiration date. They remain valid for use within the platform as long as the service is available for use, subject to the following conditions: Socibles remain valid indefinitely unless there’s (a.) Violation of Socife's policies or community guidelines associated with the user's account. (b.) Receipt of a legal request necessitating the removal or adjustment of Socibles associated with the user's account. (c.) Submission of a request for account deletion by the user, resulting in the termination of associated Socibles. Users should be aware that Socibles will remain accessible for use within the platform unless one of the aforementioned conditions is met. It is the responsibility of users to adhere to Socife's policies and guidelines to ensure continued access to their Socibles.

Any payment-related issues encountered during the purchase of Socibles should be reported to the respective app stores or authorized vendors from which the purchase was made. Socife is not responsible for payment-related disputes or issues arising from transactions conducted through third-party platforms.

Subscribers are encouraged to take advantage of free trials (if available) and utilize demo versions or promotional offers to assess the suitability of Socife + subscription services before committing to a purchase. By proceeding with the purchase of a Socife + subscription, subscribers acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable nature of the subscription fees. This non-refundability clause applies to all Socife + subscriptions purchased directly through the Socife platform or through third-party app stores such as the App Store or Google Play Store. Socife reserves the right to modify subscription prices and plans with prior notice to subscribers. Subscribers can request cancellation of their Socife + subscription at any time through the Socife platform. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following subscription period. To qualify for certain monetization opportunities and features within Socife +, subscribers may need to meet specific thresholds or performance metrics. These thresholds may include minimum audience size, engagement rates, content quality standards, or other criteria determined by Socife. Subscribers can track their progress towards meeting these thresholds provided within the Socife + subscription.

Earnings accumulated through memberships, super comments, and applause via Socibles are converted to local currency by Socife's internal calculations, which may vary from time to time. Withdrawal of earnings is facilitated on a monthly basis with a minimum threshold of 2000 INR (Indian Rupees) or equivalent. In the Socife+ dashboard, users can view approximate earnings updated every few days, depending on the frequency of calculations.

Socife reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, in cases of policy violations. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or abusive behavior to the Socife moderation team for prompt investigation. Socife will cooperate with legal entities and enforcement agencies upon receipt of valid legal requests, subpoenas, or court orders.
